Meet YBP's Technical Services Sales Team

Contoocook, NH - January 15, 2013 - YBP Library Services has a long history of adapting and growing to meet the evolving needs of our customers. Chief among those needs is an increasing emphasis on workflow efficiencies, as the pressures on library technical services continue to mount, due to evolving formats and strained budgets. Our customers are also beginning the next cycle of library systems migrations, moving to cloud-based and open-source systems, as well as shared knowledgebases and bibliographic databases. YBP offers an expanding suite of technical services to assist libraries with electronic selection, ordering, cataloging, processing, invoicing, record enrichment and demand-driven acquisitions workflow support. As always, the broad range of bibliographic records, profiling information, and library/partner activity found on GOBI3 (our acquisition and collection management interface) is core to YBP's technical services library workflow support.

Jim possesses significant academic library experience coupled with vendor knowledge.
