A hand-picked list of noteworthy books on art, architecture and photography, assembled by Special Projects Bibliographer Liz Johnson. As a student, Liz worked in the Bixler Art and Music Library at Colby College. Since joining YBP, she has had almost 20 years of experience selecting and profiling art books. Liz looks through most of the 2,000+ scholarly art books published each year and selects outstanding titles in art history as well as titles about contemporary artists for inclusion in this list.
