Angie Beckett received her M. Ed. In Elementary Education from Vermont College and has worked in Special Education and after-school literacy programs. Angela Morgan studied for her M. Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction/Early Childhood Education at Southern Illinois University, and has over 20 years of experience in childcare and educational settings. The Angelas share responsibility for profiling books in the Education LC classes. From these, they select significant and interesting books related to educational theory, history, psychology, sociology, policy, methodology, and practice which cover levels from early childhood to higher education. Also included are books focusing on related subjects such as child development, global education issues, and similar topics.
