Subscription items
Foreign vendors, foreign language material
Government documents, if not distributed by a major vendor of such material, e.g. Bernan Associates, Claitors
Non-books formats, e.g. looseleafs, microfiche, video, maps, CD with license agreements.
Memberships (YBP will not become a member of an association, institute or society for the purpose of receiving its publications.)
Restricted publishers at YBP
Unresponsive publishers/untrackable series, e.g. publishers that do not respond to repeated claims and organizations that contract with more than one publisher to issue volumes of the same series.
Blanket orders for all publications from a press (YBP only handles standing orders for specified series from a publisher.)
