YBP Library Services long ago earned the reputation for providing "the right book, the first time." Today, maintaining this level of service is no less important to our customers. However, in the new Information Age, demands from libraries and their patrons for the timely delivery of information have greatly accelerated. In response to the challenge, YBP is setting new benchmarks for timely order fulfillment. No other academic vendor can match YBP's ability to deliver three out of every four books within four weeks or less of order. In addition, we deliver nine out of ten books within eight weeks of order. These unprecedented levels of fulfillment from an academic book vendor can be attributed to new, state-of-the-art processes at the YBP warehouse in New Hampshire and to our access to the multi-million book inventory of our parent organization, Baker and Taylor. As the need for faster delivery of information increases, YBP is poised to meet the challenge as the leader in delivering "the right book, the first time, the fastest!"
