This program is a great way to temporarily increase your library's popular book collection with the ability to have them come shelf-ready straight from the box; once circulation has dropped, return them for new titles. The Baker & Taylor Popular Book Leasing Program offers a hassle-free way to order monthly batches of titles. Every month a pre-publication title list is provided for you to choose the titles you'd like to receive. In addition the QuickCall list provides popular and high-demand fiction titles that are in-stock and ready to be shipped within 48 hours. Each list is accessible via email, Title Source™ 3 or from the Book Lease website. Leasing orders can be placed via TS3 using the same workflow as your monographic orders. You can also use the lease program's electronic portal to check different management reports which can help you keep track of your monthly quota. Returns are easy and stress free with Baker & Taylor's Quick Returns. This convenient service provides you with our Quick Returns packing slip and return labels which allows for UPS to pick up at your library's doorstep. All of your requested books will arrive shelf-ready with cataloging and processing completed to your specifications. This can include MARC Records, Mylar Jackets and Spine Labels. Each title ordered and shipped is a brand new copy. When you are ready to switch out older titles for more recent selections, remember that you can keep one out of every five books for free. If you would like to keep more, these titles can be purchased at roughly 75% off the list price. Do you order computer books for several programs and find the titles become outdated too quickly? Baker & Taylor does offer a Computer Book Lease Program that allows you to see updated and new titles for your core computer subjects as they become available. This program runs on the same design as the Popular Book Lease Program and saves you money as those older titles can be returned for new ones.
