YBP Names Francoise Crowell as Director of Collection Management and Principal Bibliographer. In Francoise's 21 year career with YBP, she has established a reputation both within YBP and among our library customers as one of our most knowledgeable resources for approval profiling and collection development. In her new role, Francoise will continue to serve the needs of global customers, while providing new and continuing approval training for sales/customer service staff and helping to facilitate the development and refinement of new and existing approval plan support tools.
